Rapid Weight Loss Tips
Today I’m going to give you a few rapid weight loss tips to get you moving towards achieving your weight loss goals quicker than you ever thought possible! While nearly everybody wants to lose some weight these days, hardly anybody goes about it in a way that will work for the long haul. Sure anybody can learn how to lose a few pounds quickly, but the real test is whether or not you can keep the weight off for a sustained period of time.
One of the first rapid weight loss tips that I like to teach people who are serious about losing weight fast is to simply lower your carbohydrate intake and simultaneously increase your whole food protein intake. Protein has a much higher thermic value than carbohydrate, meaning that it will require more energy from your body to break it down protein into a usable form, than it would to break down carbohydrate.

Now don’t get me wrong here, I’m not saying that you should run out there and completely stop eating carbs, but you should make a point to limit your intake of unnecessary carbohydrates. Most people eat far too many carbs and not enough protein, so this is one of the rapid weight loss tips that typically allows most people to drop a few quick pounds of body fat.
Here’s another one of my favorite rapid weight loss tips. If you want to lose weight quickly and keep it off for good, then you need to learn how to eat a manageable amount of calories each day. The key to making this work is some trial and error on your part. If you eat too many calories you won’t lose any weight at all, and if you eat too few calories you’ll also have the same problem, so you’ve got to find the balance that works well for your body by trying out a few different calorie levels and measuring the results. I’d recommend eating 250 fewer calories each day for a week, measuring the results and adjusting either up or down form there.

I’ve used this service for years now and I continue to use it with each of my personal training clients to this day. It’s simple and easy to use and it doesn’t take a lot of time – so I think it’s an ideal addition to any weight loss program.

It’s a website called fitday.com. At Fitday.com you can sign up for a free account and start logging your weight loss meals. Fitday will then automatically calculate the calorie totals and nutrient breakdowns for each of your meals. I’ve found this to be an incredible weight loss resource for bridging the sometimes wide gap between what you know you are supposed to be eating and what you are actually eating on a day to day basis. It can be used in conjunction with any type of weight loss diet strategy or program, so you can us it even if you’re a vegan or a vegetarian.
Another cool thing that you can do if you are working with a personal trainer, fitness coach or nutritionist, is to simply give them you log-in information and allow them to take a look at what you are eating on a daily basis. That way they can help to hold you accountable and let you know when you are falling off track with your weight loss nutrition program.

Fast Weight Loss Exercises
Today I’m going to walk you through a few fast weight loss exercises that you can use in the comfort of your own home, office or really anywhere. None of these weight loss exercises require any sort of fancy equipment and they are incredibly effective for forcing your body to burn calories and melt off body fat quickly. If you combine these exercise with a well structured weight loss diet, you will be on your way to an effective weight loss program that will willow you lose weight and keep it off.
When it comes to picking out exercises that are ideal for a weight loss fitness program, there are a few simple rules to keep in mind. First off, really any form of exercise will allow you to burn calories and lose weight, so don’t get too off track searching for the best exercise all of the time. Just commit to making regular exercise a part of your everyday life and you will be moving towards your goal of permanent weight loss.

Fast Weight Loss Exercises
Here are a few of my favorite fast weight loss exercises that are body weight based. None of them require any type of specialized equipment and they can be performed literally anywhere – even at the park!
Body Weight Squats – In order to perform the body weight squat, start out with your feet spaced out shoulder width apart and your body weight centered on your heels. Place your hands on your hips and look up during this movement.
Move your butt down until your thighs are parallel with the ground. Then push off of your heels and move your body back up to the starting position.
Body Weight Walking Lunges – In order to perform this fast weight loss exercise, place your hands on your hips and start with your feet spaced out shoulder width apart. Step forward with one of your legs and then slowly (and under control), lower your opposite knee down until it comes into contact with the ground.
Then push off of the heel of the foot in front of your body and bring your back leg forward until it is even with the front leg. Repeat the movement with the opposite leg. Continue on in a walking fashion continually moving forward with each repetition.
I’d have to say that those are tow of my all time favorite fast weight loss exercises. They both target multiple muscle groups at the same time and force you to move your entire body through space, which is an effective way to burn a lot of calories and melt off body fat.
