			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For most people, losing weight seems to be at the top of the list when it comes to new years resolutions. While everybody has watched one of the weight loss infomercials that promises some sort of product that can help you melt off body fat without any effort, the reality of the weight loss game is that it&#8217;s going to require some good old fashioned hard work. That said, losing weight is really not all that complicated. All that the process requires is some diligence when it comes tot he foods that you eat each day.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Losing weight can be a difficult thing to accomplish, so where exactly should you start out on your quest to trim the fat? Because your fat loss diet is the single most important piece of the weight loss puzzle, it only makes sense that you should begin your journey there. The most obvious thing to do here is to simply get rid of all of the unnecessary processed foods and junk foods. Instead of snacking on chips and soda, eat a piece of fruit or some vegetables.</p>
<p>When you are first getting your weight loss diet all lined out, make sure that it is a plan that you will not get tired of after only a few days. I see too many people who think they can &#8220;tough it out&#8221; and they implement a diet that is just too restrictive. Down the road, this usually leads to burn out and it is one of the main reasons my clients give me when they go off of their weight loss plans completely. That&#8217;s why I think it&#8217;s really important for you to find a few foods that are healthy and still taste good. Nobody likes to eat healthy foods that don&#8217;t also satisfy their taste buds at the same time. Once you&#8217;ve identified a few healthy foods that also taste good, you need to plan on eating 5 small meals each day spaced out every 2 &#8211; 3 hours though out the day.</p>
<p>If you really want your weight loss program to be a success, then you need to be mentally determined to ride it out. There are going to be times when yo just want to give up and quit. But if you can stay determined, you will be able to get through the hard times and get back on track quicker than if you had a bad attitude about the whole process from the beginning.</p>
<p>If your goal is to not only lose weight in the beginning stages of your diet, but to also keep it off for the rest of your life, then you need to make sure and create a weight loss system that is actually somewhat enjoyable for you to implement.  If you create a plan where everything is too rigid and too stick, chances are you will eventually burn out and give up on your goals of a slimmer sexier body.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Every year when new years eve rolls around, thousands of people commit to losing weight and getting into great shape. Implementing some sort of weight loss system or program is by far the most common new years resolution out there. That said, there is really only one thing that is critical to the weight loss process, what you chose to eat every day. Because of this, I believe that people who want to lose weight should focus on their diet plans rather than running out there and buying the first weight loss program they see. Of course this would require people to actually make some changes to their eating habits. And sometimes, it can simply be easier to believe that one of the weight loss systems out there will allow you to lose weight without any hard work or sacrifice.</p>
<p>If you really want to lose weight, you need to seriously consider eliminating all unnecessary junk food from your diet. It&#8217;s really important to stay away from processed foods that contain a high amount of saturated fat, sodium and preservatives. After you ave eliminated all of the junk from you diet, you need to move on to eating more vegetables and fruits. A lot of people stay away from fruits and vegetables because they just don&#8217;t link eating them. While I don&#8217;t recommend filling up your diet with foods that you don&#8217;t enjoy eating, you do need to make an exception here for vegetables and fruit.</p>

<p>One of the most important things you can do when it comes to your weight loss diet is to make sure that it is a plan that you can stick with for the rest of your life. If you get tired of the foods in your diet after only a few weeks, you are just not going to be able to lose the weight that you want. That&#8217;s why I think it&#8217;s so important to identify healthy foods that you actually enjoy eating. So take some time and find a few healthy foods that you can use as your &#8220;go to&#8221; foods. This will help you out a lot, especially when it gets tough to stay on your diet. Once you&#8217;ve identified these foods, you need to commit to eating 5 &#8211; 6 smaller meals each day. There has been a lot of research lately that has highlighted the benefits of eating smaller nutrient dense meals spaced out over the course of the day. Even if you don&#8217;t completely eliminate all junk food from your diet, you may still lose weigh by incorporating this simple tip.</p>
<p>One of the overlooked components of any weight loss system is enthusiasm. If you are not excited about what you are trying to accomplish, then you will more than likely have a hard time stick with your diet when the going gets tough. But I&#8217;ve seen numerous clients who have realized amazing fat loss results simply because of their positive attitudes and determination.</p>
<p>Too many people completely disregard the importance of designing a weight loss program that they actually enjoy. Because of this, the often times wind up just giving up on tier weight loss goals all together. Make sure you take the time to put together a weight loss plan that you will be able to use for the rest of your life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you&#8217;re looking to implement one of your own weight loss systems this year and finally start to lose weight and feel good about your body, there are a few things that you should keep in mind. A lot of people think that they can simply wander into a gym every now and then and lose a significant amount of weight.  While an exercise program is certainly an important part of any weight loss program, it&#8217;s just a part of a more comprehensive approach to living that includes a well balanced weight loss diet and a regular exercise plan. In this article I&#8217;m going to cover a few of the things that you should be paying close attention to if you want to lose weight.</p>

<p>When it comes to designing effective weight loss systems, one of the most important things you can do ensure your success is to learn how to make every calorie that you take in count. A lot of people just don&#8217;t understand how important this really is and they continue to make poor choices regarding their diets. If you can learn how to make sure that you care getting adequate nutrition form the foods you eat each day, then you will be able to eat less, lose weight and still maintain stable energy levels throughout the day.</p>
<p>One of the easiest things you can do to avoid empty calories is to simply cut back on the amount of alcohol you are taking in.  While you can lose weight and drink alcohol once in a while, it&#8217;s not something that most people can get away with for a very long time. Alcohol is very calorie dense, but the problem with the calories found in alcohol is that they provide absolutely no nutritional value what soever. So when you drink alcohol on a regular basis, you are flooding your body with calories that can&#8217;t be used to support your daily activity levels. This means that if you want to lose weight and still drink alcohol on a regular basis that you will need to eat less nutrient dense foods in order to keep your calorie intake to a reasonable level.</p>
<p>Another easy thing you can do to ensure that your weight loss systems are on the right track is to get into the habit of avoiding the poor quality carbohydrates.  While it is alright to eat carbohydrates while on a weight loss diet, definitely want to make sure that you are eating the right types of carbohydrates. Stay away from carbohydrates like potatoes, white breads, white pastas and white rice, and focus on eating things like whole oats, wheat bread and pastas, brown rice and yams.  These food have a lower glycemic index value and will allow your body to maintain a more stable energy level throughout the day. If you can simply get into the habit of choosing higher quality carbohydrates sources, then that alone will allow you to burn body fat and start losing weight naturally.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re ready to plan out your own weight loss systems, work these simple yet effective weight loss tips into your plan. With a little bit of consistency and time, you should be able to lose a significant amount of body fat and weight 100% naturally.</p>

With hundreds of different weight loss systems hitting the market each year, it’s not easy to pick out the good programs form the bad. In this article, I’m going to give you a good idea of the things that need to be present in any weight loss plan in order for it to be effective at natural and sustained weight loss.</p>

<p>When it comes to losing weight safely and naturally, the most important factor that must be present in any weight loss systems, is some sort of food log or food journal.  While certainly not revolutionary or groundbreaking, food logs will allow you to be able to monitor calories in verses calories out and maintain a calorie balance that will allow you to lose weight.  This is the single most important factor when it comes to weight loss. If you consistently eat too many calories then you will not be able to lose weight, and it may actually start to pack on body fat. On the other hand, if you consistently eat too few calories then your body will not be able to get the nutrients that it needs in order to maintain normal body function. If you get into the habit of tracking what you eat each day, you will be able to make intelligent and informed decisions about what you are putting into your body.</p>
<p>The next thing that you weight loss systems need to be taking into account is the amount and quality of the sleep that you are getting (or not getting) each and every night. While most people are aware that it’s important for their health to get a decent amount of sleep each night, studies conclusively link lack of quality sleep with weight loss problems. It’s hard enough to lose weight, so there’s no sense in making the process any harder than it has to be. I like to teach people to get somewhere around 6.5 – 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night while they are on a weight loss program.</p>
<p>Another critical factor in losing weight is incorporating some sort of fitness plan into your everyday life. While you certainly can lose weight by just eating less, there is a point of diminishing returns where you simply will not be able to eat any fewer calories. The best way to continue to create a calorie deficit when this happens is to burn more calories through some sort of regular exercise program. Don’t feel like you have to do anything too crazy here, just try to fit in 20 – 30 minutes of free weights exercises or aerobic exercise 3 –4 times each week. Usually that’s enough exercise to really burn some calories and start losing weight.</p>
<p>Take these simply guidelines and see if the weight loss systems that you are currently using incorporate each of them. If not, it’s a safe bet that the weight loss program may not be as effective as it should be. Also keep in mind that you can easily design your own weight loss system if you can’t find one that you like.</p>

<p>Listed below are a few simple and practical meal plans for weight loss that you can use today to start losing weight without having to hassle too much with figuring out the diet side of things. Keep in mind that I always advise that it&#8217;s a good idea to incorporate a fat loss based fitness program as well as a sound weight loss diet in order to get the most bang for your buck when it comes to your overall weight loss program. Keep in mind that the overall quantities will need to be adjusted to reflect your personal calorie requirements, but you can certainly use these meal plans to give you a solid base to work from.</p>

<p><strong>Breakfast</strong> – Start your day off with a decent sized meal in order to curb your appetite and provide your body with the energy that it needs to get the day started off on the right foot.</p>
<p>Eat – 1 medium sized piece of fruit and 1 cup of non sugar sweetened yogurt or cottage cheese. Also make sure to drink a few cups of water right off the bat in order to get your body hydrated properly right from the start.<br />

<p><strong>Mid Morning Snack</strong> – Make time to eat mid morning snack even if you&#8217;re not hungry as frequent eating will ramp up your metabolism and kick it into weight loss mode fast.</p>
<p>Eat – 1 cup of unflavored oatmeal and drink a glass of 2% milk or eat a serving of cottage cheese or yogurt.  Just make sure to combine carbohydrates with a solid serving of protein and as always drink a few glasses of water.<br />

<p><strong>Lunch</strong> – Eat a bigger meal for your lunch than you did for your mid morning snack.</p>

<p><strong>Dinner </strong>– For dinner make sure to eat a decent portion of whole food protein as it will force your body to keep burning calories well into the night in order to simply digest the protein.</p>
<p>Eat – 1 cup of steamed brown rice, 1 cup of steamed asparagus and a healthy serving of baked salmon.</p>

<p>Find out what protein, carbohydrates and fats are and what they do in your body.  When it comes to nutritional education, knowledge is power. Learn how calories work. And grasp an understand of why proper nutrition is essential to your fat loss goals.</p>
<p>2.) Start A Weight Loss Nutrition Journal &#8211; Once you have a good understanding of the overall weight loss nutrition basics, get in the habit of logging your meals.  Keep impeccable records of what you eat, when you eat it and how much you are eating.  This is indispensable information if you really want to lose weight naturally.</p>
<p>Your nutrition log will be the backbone of your entire weight loss strategy, allowing you to make the necessary changes to your diet when needed.  This tool takes you from the back streets of weight loss purgatory and propels you towards better choices and in turn more natural weight loss until one day you realize that you&#8217;ve actually achieved your weight loss goals.</p>
<p>3.) Eat 5 -6 small but nutritionally dense meals each day, spaced out every 2 -3 hours. This keeps your body burning calories to digest the nutrients as well as providing your body a source for high quality nutrition.</p>
<p>4.) Assuming your eating more than 1200 calories per day, Cut out 250 &#8211; 500 calories per day from your current diet.  If you&#8217;re currently eating less than 1200 calories per day take a look at this.</p>
<p>While this level of calorie reduction is moderate, it&#8217;s more realistic for the majority of people out there. With a moderate calorie reduction in this neighborhood you can expect to drop .5 to 1 lb a week from restructuring your diet alone!</p>
<p>5.) Exercise for 40 minutes a day 4 &#8211; 6 days a week.  If you&#8217;re currently not exercising, this will make a drastic difference in the amount of weight you&#8217;re able to lose and the spped with which you&#8217;re able to lose it.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t make the mistake of performing the same type of exercise day in and day out.  Try to include a variety of styles form free weight strength training and aerobic exercise to stability ball and body weight exercise workouts.</p>
<p>When I work with clients, I recommend that they initially start with 20 minutes of free weight strength training and 20 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise like walking or jogging. In my opinion this is one of the most potent weight loss exercise combination&#8217;s.</p>

<p>6.) Live an overall active lifestyle.  Get off of the couch and live an active and fun lifestyle that promotes activity and movement. Pass on the elevator and take the stairs.  Instead of taking your car &#8211; walk to the grocery store.  Instead of watching T.V. grab your kids and go for a hike!  You get the picture &#8211; Just keep your body moving as much a possible!</p>
<p>7.) Pass on unhealthy snacks and junk food.  It&#8217;s ok to snack between major meals, (although most of the time switching up to 5 &#8211; 6 meals a day takes care of the urge to snack) just make sure that it&#8217;s nutritious and healthy as opposed to fried and fattening.</p>
<p>Losing weight really doesn&#8217;t have to be a difficult and painful process.  If make a commitment to implement these tips into your life, you&#8217;ll be all but guaranteed to lose weight naturally in less time than you ever thought possible!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people have heard that implementing a low fat diet is the best way to lose weight quickly and naturally. Unfortunately, when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off, modifying your diet alone is not an effective approach to lasting weight loss.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re serious about losing weight for the long haul, you need to be willing to incorporate some form of regular exercise into your weight loss arsenal. While there are hundreds of diets out there these days, one of the biggest problems for most people is simply deciding on which one will work best for them.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a fact that we all have different eating habits and lifestyles, and those differences usually dictate what works best for us and what will fail.</p>
<p>Some people like to eat a high protein and high fat diets.  They find that the high fat high protein approach works well for them. Others prefer a more traditional low fat diet, and they find this is one of the best nutritional strategies that they have ever implemented. While neither of these strategies is completely wrong, they both affect your body in different ways. It&#8217;s important that you take the time to research low fat diets as well as any other style of diet before you give it a shot.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">I&#8217;ve found the  <a href="http://www.mypyramid.gov">mypyramid.gov</a> website  to be a great resource for nutrition and healthy eating.  While the advice and recommendations provided on this site tend to be on the conservative side, you will walk away with a good understanding of weight loss and low fat nutrition principles.</p>
<p>Over the years, low fat diets have been considered one of the best choices for overall health as well as fitness. Well rounded low fat diets are endorsed by all of the major medical and fitness associations as a safe and effective way to eat.</p>
<p>Low fat diets have been shown to help reduce blood pressure, lower blood cholesterol levels and help people lose weight safely and naturally &#8211; without the use of stimulants or drugs.</p>
<p>When deciding if a low fat diet is right for you, there are some important things to consider before jumping into the fire and implementing a low fat weight loss diet.</p>
<p>A lot of people have a hard time with a low fat diet because the rules are very confusing. You do need some fats (heart healthy fats), so cutting them completely out of your low fat diet is actually bad for your health. So it&#8217;s important to keep in mind that low fat does not mean no fat.</p>
<p>When on this type of diet, you have to find out what the good fats are, and then incorporate them into your eating plan. Without good fats you could start to feel weak, your brain will not be able to focus for long periods of time and eventually, you will compromise your health in the long run. As a rule of thumb just try to stay away from saturated fats (animal fats) and stick with the heart healthy omega 3&#8242;s and omega 6&#8242;s.</p>
<p>What you should also remember about a low fat diet is that you should not make too many substitutions for your missing fat. What this means is that you should watch out for items that are low in fat, but may be high in calories otherwise. You can find low fat diet cookies, and they will be low fat, but they also have a lot of sugar to make up for the loss of taste.</p>
<p>Fat tastes great, without it most foods are bland. Unfortunately, adding more sugar seems to be the best option for replacing that lost taste. Watch your food labels so that you are sure of what you&#8217;re eating.</p>
<p>Always talk with your doctor about your low fat diet plans. As I said before in order to lose weight and keep it off, you need to perform regular exercise in addition to your well rounded low fat diet. Your doctor will probably have some good advice for you, and will more than likely recommend that you take up some sort of regular exercise. By adding physical activity to your new diet plan, you up your chances for success substantially.</p>
<p>So to answer the question is a low fat diet the best way to lose fat fast &#8211; It can be if you realize that weight loss and fat loss are multifaceted processes, in addition to a well rounded low fat diet, you need to incorporate some sort of weight loss workout routine into your life.</p>
<p>If you commit to incorporating a low fat diet, a well structured fitness plan and a good mental attitude, with time you will begin to see some impressive weight loss results.</p>

Protein requires a lot of energy for your body to break down.  In fact there is no other nutrient that is more difficult for your body to process than whole food based proteins. 5.) Can I afford to implement this weight loss program for a long period of time, or will I have to stop because I can&#8217;t afford it anymore?</p>
<p>The bottom line when it comes to finding the best weight loss programs for your specific lifestyle and goals is that you have to choose a program that you can stick with. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you want to lose weight quickly and keep it off for good, then you need to get into the habit of performing some weight loss workouts on a regular basis. While you can certainly lose weight by watching what you eat and dieting alone, I think the most effective strategy for the long haul is to combine an effective weight loss diet, with some sort of fitness plan. I see a lot of men and women who just don’t seem to get their weight loss systems lined out properly (with a combination of healthy diet and exercise) from the start and as a consequence, they don’t lose much weight at all, and they defiantly don’t keep it off for good.</p>
<p><strong>If You Want To Lose Weight And Keep It Off You Need To Add Weight Loss Workouts To The Mix…</strong></p>
<p>Not only will a fitness program of some sort help you move towards your weight loss goals quicker than you otherwise would, but it will also allow you to be a bit less restrictive when it comes to your diet.  I know that for a lot of people going on an overly restrictive diet can be a very difficult thing – that’s why I think that overly restrictive diets should be avoided.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">In my opinion weight loss workouts are a huge part of the overall weight loss process because they will do few different things for you that will ultimately lead to more weight loss.  First off, a solid weight loss workout program will at its most basic level allow you to burn more calories each day than you otherwise would, which on it’s own could be enough to help you shed a few quick pounds.</p>
<p>If you make a point to utilize resistance based weight loss workouts as well as aerobic exercise, then you will begin to build a little bit of lean muscle mass as a results.  This will force your body to burn more calories each day at rest just to support the new muscle tissue, which will also lead to some weight loss. This is a huge benefit for anyone who is serious about keeping the weight that they lose off for good, as it will automatically make your body more efficient at burning body fat!</p>
<p>If you want to lose weight and you want to make sure that you can keep it off for the rest of your life, then you need to incorporate some sort of weight loss workouts into the mix.  Not only is regular exercise a great idea from a health perspective alone, but it will help you lose weight quicker than you’d be able too with diet alone.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here’s a quick weight loss workout routine that you can start using today to help shed a few unwanted pounds pretty quickly.  As you probably already realized by reading past articles here at weightlosssystemshq.com, I’m a big believer in combining exercise with some form of a diet to boost the effectiveness of a weight loss system. I really think that this is the best approach to losing weight naturally.</p>
<p>Unfortunately I see a lot of people in the gym these days who quite frankly really don’t know what they are even doing. I thought that it might be a good idea to uncover one of my favorite weight loss workout routines so that everybody could at least get a decent idea of how to design an effective weight loss workout.</p>
<p>Before I list my weight loss workout routine, it thought I’d go ahead and explain the philosophy behind this style of fat loss workout.  Basically when it comes to hitting the gym, I get bored pretty easily.  I’m not one of those people who can just walk into a gym and grind through the same workout day after day after day…I just can’t do it! So that being said, I like to mix things up quite a bit inn order to keep the workouts effective and fun.</p>

<p>The weight loss workout routine below is a combination style workout that combines short duration – high intensity aerobic exercise with whole body free weight movements.  I like to perform this style of weight loss workout as a circuit which basically means that I rotate between sets of aerobic exercise and weight lifting without any rest.</p>
<p>I find this style of weight loss workout routine to be extremely effective for fat loss and weight loss in general, but it’s pretty intense so be forewarned that it’s ideally suited for someone who is in pretty decent physical condition. I would not recommend this workout for a beginner or someone who has taken an extended break from the gym, unless you lower the intensity level of the workout to suit your ability level.</p>
<h2>My Favorite Weight Loss Workout Routine</h2>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<ul>
<li>I always start out this weight loss workout routine with a lower intensity 4 minute cardio interval. I&#8217;ll usually just jog at a lower level for 4 minutes in order to get my body warmed up.</li>
<li>Immediately after my 4 minute jog, I head over to the weight room and hammer out a set of single arm dumbbell snatches with a weight that is pretty challenging for me. I will usually complete 8 repetitions for each arm and then jog back over to the treadmill without any rest.</li>
<li>I jump back onto the treadmill and grind my way through an intense 4 minute run (I usually run at a 7.5 minute mile pace), and then continue on in this alternating fashion for 3 or 4 complete circuit sets.</li>
</ul>
<p>By the end of this weight loss workout routine, my heart is typically pounding like crazy! The next time you visit the gym give this quick workout a try.</p>

The bottom line here is that if you try to go on any type of weight loss system or program, that doesn’t fit well into your life or include some of the things that you enjoy, then you just won’t be able to stick with it for the long run…it doesn’t matter if you’re a man or a woman.</p>
<h2>Weight Loss Programs For Men V.S. Weight Loss Programs For Women</h2>

<p>While most guys don’t seem to have much of a problem getting into the gym, they typically have a really hard time going on any type of weight loss style diet. Because of this, I really feel like it’s important to make regular exercise the backbone of weight loss programs for men. You don’t need to go overboard with the exercise though as I’ve had really good weight loss results with 2 – 4 consistent weight training workouts a week that range anywhere from 20 minutes on up to an hour in duration.  If you combine this with 20 – 40 minutes of moderately intense aerobic exercise 3 – 4 times per week, then you’ll really ramp up the weight loss and improve your cardiovascular heath at the same time.</p>
<p>Most guys really don’t mind hitting the gym to lift weights once in a while and based on my experiences most guys also want to build some muscle mass in order to have a more muscular and athletic looking body.  The great thing here is that if you focus on building some muscle mass, then you will typically wind up losing some weight at the same time and making your body a more efficient fat burning machine.</p>

<p>In my opinion, this is the difference between designing effective weight loss programs for men and for women. It’s a bit easier to convince men to focus on building lean muscle mass than it is to convince women. And overall, this makes it a bit easier to put together an effective and permanent weight loss strategy that doesn’t revolve entirely around a restrictive diet.</p>
<p>Knowing that men seem to really have a hard time sticking with an overly restrictive weight loss diet, it only makes sense that a combined approach is the way to go when it comes to weight loss program for men. If you simply combine a sensible and well-rounded weight loss style diet that allows you to eat about 200 – 500 fewer calories each day, then you’ll be in a good position to start losing weight.</p>
<p>The key to piecing together an effective weight loss program for men is to combine weight lifting workouts and aerobic exercise with a diet that allows you to make a small cut in the total number of calories that you are eating each day. If you mix your diet in with a consistent exercise program, then you’ll have an extremely effective weight loss program that’s tailored specifically for men.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Weight loss patches have recently come to the attention of general public and it seems like a lot of people have some serious questions regarding weight loss patches in general, so I thought I&#8217;d take a few minutes to talk about the patches and weigh in on what I think about them. I&#8217;ll start off by saying that I don&#8217;t have any real life experience with any of the weight loss patched available on the market these days, so my opinion has been formed by research alone – so keep that in mind.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;ve been reading the articles on this website for awhile now, then you know that I&#8217;m a huge advocate of a well balanced approach to weight loss that includes some sort of fitness program combined with an intelligent diet strategy.  I really do feel that this is the best way to go about losing weight naturally, because it will allow you to really learn about your body and the weight loss process without becoming dependent on any sort of weight loss patch, supplement or pill. I definitely do think that there is a place in your weight loss program for some experimentation, but only after you&#8217;ve really gotten a handle on the basics.</p>

<p>As far as weight loss patches are concerned, I must admit that I don&#8217;t know a whole lot about them.  And I also don&#8217;t know anybody who has ever tried them, so I can&#8217;t speak directly to their effectiveness. But I do know that a lot of people are currently buying weight loss patched hoping to finally be able to lose some weight. I really think that these people should save their money and learn about the weight loss process for a few weeks or months before they run out and buy into  the weight loss patch craze.</p>
<h3>Here&#8217;s what I do know about weight loss patches&#8230;</h3>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p>Basically all of the weight loss patches on the market contain three main ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Guarana</strong> – A low level stimulant that boosts your body&#8217;s metabolism and burns calories.</li>
<li><strong>Chromium</strong> – Typically used to regulate insulin levels and is believed to help with hunger and cravings.</li>
<li><strong>Garcinia Cambogia</strong> – Touted as a carbohydrate “carb” blocking substance.</li>
</ul>
<p>When taken alone there there is some evidence that suggests that these compounds do contain some weight loss inducing benefits, but I&#8217;ve never seen anything that highlights their effectiveness in patch form. In the past there have been some concerns with birth control patches and other trans-dermal delivery systems due to differences in the thickness of different peoples skin and their body weight. It is believed  by some that people who weight more actually absorb less of the ingredients on the weight loss patches than normal weight individuals, which makes me wonder about their effectiveness when it comes to helping overweight people lose weight?</p>
<p>I know it&#8217;s not much of an explanation, but that&#8217;s about all I know about weight loss patches.  If I had to guess, I would think that the patches are certainly not as effective for permanent weight loss as a good weight loss system that incorporates exercise with a solid diet strategy. If you&#8217;ve already got this part of the equation lined out, then it&#8217;s not going to hurt you to experiment with weight loss patches, but I can&#8217;t guarantee that they will help you out a lot on your quest to lose more weight.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I get asked a lot of questions about rapid weight loss systems, so I thought it might be a good idea to give my 2 cents about the idea of rapid weight loss in general.  While it is possible to lose weight very quickly, my initial view is that rapid or quick weight loss is not the best path to take if you want to keep the weight off permanently.</p>
<h3>Why Rapid Weight Loss Systems Are Ineffective At Best</h3>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p>The level of effort required in order to carry out any sort of weight loss system rapidly is huge.  For most people it’s a challenge simply losing any weight at all, let alone quickly. When you try to lose weight at a faster pace, you’ve typically got to ramp up your efforts and make a big cut in your daily calorie intake combined with a lot of intense exercise.  For the vast majority of people out there, there is no way that they will be able to keep up that type of pace for very long. So while you can expect to lose some weight right off the bat, any type of overly aggressive weight loss system will really set you up for failure down the road.</p>

<p>Because of the amount of effort involved, most of the people that I’ve seen implement a rapid weight loss system typically wind up weighing even more than they did to begin with only a few weeks after they go off of their plan. Inevitable the furious pace that needs to be set in order to lose weight rapidly, leads to complete burn out.</p>
<p>Another thing that is really important to keep in mind when talking about rapid weight loss systems is that whenever you lose weight too quickly, you tend to lose more lean muscle mass than body fat.  So while you may be losing a lot of weight, it more than likely means that you are losing a decent amount of lean muscle mass in the process.</p>
<p>The net effect of losing muscle mass is that your body will actually become less efficient at burning fat and more efficient at storing body fat. Typically, this leads to the dreaded “skinny fat” look where you lose a lot of weight, but wind up increasing your body fat percentage. So while you may weight less than you did before the overall outcome of your rapid weight loss program may be a flabbier, softer body that simply weighs less.</p>
<p>In men this means that wile you drop weight, your jean size won’t decrease as much as it should and you will continue to have (or even develop) a flabby chest, which overall is not an attractive thing. In women this typically means that while they lose weight, the size of their thighs and butt does not decrease and actually gets softer and squishier. So while you will lose weight following a rapid weight loss system, chances are pretty good that you will wind up with the exact same problem areas that you had before, just a lighter version with the same problem areas.</p>
<h3>When It Might Make Sense To Try A Rapid Weight Loss System</h3>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p>More often than not, rapid weight loss systems leave people feeling burned out on weight loss in general.  Because of that alone, I don’t view them as an effective permanent weight loss strategy. But they can be effective if you just need to drop a few pounds quickly. One area where I think a rapid weight loss system could be beneficial is if you are already in pretty decent physical condition, but you needed to drop a few pounds for a vacation or photo shoot or something like that.</p>
<p>Well, I think I made my stance on rapid weight loss systems pretty clear.  If you’re already in decent shape and you just want to lose a few quick pounds for an upcoming event, then it may make sense to give a rapid weight loss system a shot, but don’t expect to be able to keep the weight off for the long run. And defiantly don’t run out and expect any sort of fast weight loss system to allow you to lose a substantial amount of weight quickly and then keep it off for good – they’re just not set up for long term success.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A lot of people have been asking about the effectiveness of certain weight loss drinks and supplements over the past few days, so I thought that it might be a good idea to give my two cents about the subject. I know that it can be tempting to believe that there is a quick fix solution to the whole weight loss problem, but the truth of the matter is that no such short cut exists. In order to lose weight and maintain your weight loss into the future, you&#8217;ve got to have a solid foundation to work from.</p>
<p>While I&#8217;m not completely opposed to using weight loss supplements and drinks to boost the effectiveness of one of the more well rounded weight loss systems, I don&#8217;t think that you should run out and buy any sort of weight loss pills, powders or drinks by the caseload. At least not until you have a good weight loss plan in place and you are already seeing some consistent results.</p>
<p>If you rely on weight loss drinks and supplement right form the start, you&#8217;re always going to be wondering in the back of your mind if your success was a result of your hard work and good planning or the drinks and pills. After you get a good handle on what it takes to lose weight naturally, then it can be a good idea to implement a new strategy to boost your results.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you want to learn a bit more about liquid diet weight loss programs then you&#8217;re in luck.  Today I’m going to be sharing my opinion of liquid diets for weight loss, talking about what liquid diets are and hopefully pointing you in the right direction if you are looking to implement some form of liquid diet.</p>
<p>While liquid diets are extremely popular these days because they are simple and convenient, I&#8217;m not too convinced that they are the absolute best approach to long lasting weight loss.   My approach to weight loss typically involves a more compound approach tot he problem that includes a moderately calorie restricted weight loss diet combined with a sensible exercise program.  Based on my experiences, this is the style of weight loss system that incorporates pretty well into a regular everyday routine that can be maintained for the long run.</p>
<p>One the opposite side of the weight loss spectrum you find things like fat burner pills, supplements and liquid diet weight loss products and programs. While the companies that market each of these weight loss products all have big budgets to defend the results that their clients have achieved while using their products, I just don&#8217;t think that most people can stick with a liquid diet weight loss program for more than a few months at a time. They are just too restrictive on the nutrition side of things.</p>

<p>Not to mention the fact that the human body is designed to break down whole food. In fact the entire process of digesting and processing whole food in the human body burns far more calories than digesting an already predigested liquid weight loss shake. So it just makes more sense to me to stick with sensible portions of whole food based meals rather than relying on any type of weight loss shake.</p>
<h3>Is Consistent Liquid Diet Weight Loss Even Possible?</h3>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p>All of that aside, it is actually quite possible for people to lose weight in a consistent fashion while on a liquid diet weight loss program. Just browse through the late night infomercials and you are sure to find one for a liquid diet program complete with case studies of former clients who have lost incredible amounts of weight.</p>
<p>What they don&#8217;t typically tell you is that many of the liquid diet weight loss products on the market these days are only suitable for seriously obese individuals and only for a very limited amount of time. Another interesting thing that they don&#8217;t usually tell you is that liquid diet weight loss products have been linked with various cardiac problems including cardiac arrhythmia.  And that they can be very dangerous for diabetic people due to the fact that while on a liquid weight loss diet, your blood sugar level will fluctuate drastically.</p>
<p>Basically I think that most people should steer clear of liquid diet weight loss products in general. While they can be effective for quick weight loss, I bet that they really aren&#8217;t all that effective for sustained and permanent weight loss.</p>
<p>If you really want to lose weight safely, I’d recommend reading through all of the articles on this website and then making a point to take action on what you learn.  Weight loss requires a lot of hard work and dedication as well as consistency, so please don&#8217;t fall into the quick fix weight loss trap. If you&#8217;re looking for a really solid and affordable weight loss system to help you achieve your goals quickly then I’d recommend checking out the most effective of the weight loss systems on the market!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I’m going to give you a few rapid weight loss tips to get you moving towards achieving your weight loss goals quicker than you ever thought possible! While nearly everybody wants to lose some weight these days, hardly anybody goes about it in a way that will work for the long haul. Sure anybody can learn how to lose a few pounds quickly, but the real test is whether or not you can keep the weight off for a sustained period of time.</p>
<p>One of the first rapid weight loss tips that I like to teach people who are serious about losing weight fast is to simply lower your carbohydrate intake and simultaneously increase your whole food protein intake.  Protein has a much higher thermic value than carbohydrate, meaning that it will require more energy from your body to break it down protein into a usable form, than it would to break down carbohydrate.</p>

<p>Now don’t get me wrong here, I’m not saying that you should run out there and completely stop eating carbs, but you should make a point to limit your intake of unnecessary carbohydrates. Most people eat far too many carbs and not enough protein, so this is one of the rapid weight loss tips that typically allows most people to drop a few quick pounds of body fat.</p>
<p>Here’s another one of my favorite rapid weight loss tips.  If you want to lose weight quickly and keep it off for good, then you need to learn how to eat a manageable amount of calories each day. The key to making this work is some trial and error on your part. If you eat too many calories you won’t lose any weight at all, and if you eat too few calories you’ll also have the same problem, so you’ve got to find the balance that works well for your body by trying out a few different calorie levels and measuring the results. I’d recommend eating 250 fewer calories each day for a week, measuring the results and adjusting either up or down form there.</p>
<p>If you want to lose weight as quickly as possible, then give these two rapid weight loss tips a try. They’re both simple to implement and when practiced with consistency over time they will lead to lasting weight loss.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you want to lose weight on a shoestring budget, then you need to find the right weight loss resource to help you actually start making progress towards your weight loss goals with breaking the bank in the process. Over the years, I&#8217;ve come across some really good weight loss resources that have definitely shortened the learning curve for my client and allowed then to lose weight quicker than they otherwise would have. Some of these weight loss tools were paid programs and weight loss systems that they were able to use in conjunction with our fitness training sessions, but I&#8217;m happy to say that the absolute best weight loss tool I&#8217;ve uncovered to date is actually free!</p>
<p>When it comes to an effective weight loss tool, it&#8217;s got to be something that is easy for you to use otherwise when the going gets tough, you will inevitably stop using it. <p>Today I&#8217;m going to tell you about a free weight loss resource that I absolutely love.  I&#8217;ve used this service for years now and I continue to use it with each of my personal training clients to this day. It&#8217;s simple and easy to use and it doesn&#8217;t take a lot of time – so I think it&#8217;s an ideal addition to any weight loss program.</p>
<p><strong>The Ultimate Free Weight Loss Resource&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>It&#8217;s a website called fitday.com. At Fitday.com you can sign up for a free account and start logging your weight loss meals.  Fitday will then automatically calculate the calorie totals and nutrient breakdowns for each of your meals.  I&#8217;ve found this to be an incredible weight loss resource for bridging the sometimes wide gap between what you know you are supposed to be eating and what you are actually eating on a day to day basis. It can be used in conjunction with any type of weight loss diet strategy or program, so you  can us it even if you&#8217;re a vegan or a vegetarian.</p>
<p>Another cool thing that you can do if you are working with a personal trainer, fitness coach or nutritionist, is to simply give them you log-in information and allow them to take a look at what you are eating on a daily basis.  That way they can help to hold you accountable and let you know when you are falling off track with your weight loss nutrition program.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When it comes to your weight loss eating plan, there is a very simple formula that you should be following in order to ensure your weight loss success.  If you ask me, the whole topic of weight loss diets and nutrition plans is way overblown.  While it true that you do need to be following some sort of nutrition plan in order to effectively and efficiently lose weight and keep it off, it’s absolutely not true that your eating plan has to be overly complicated.</p>
<p>In fact if you really want to lose some weight, then I’d suggest even paring things down a bit more and making your weight loss meal plan even more simplistic and easy to follow along with. The bottom line here is that if you over-complicate the whole nutrition thing, then your chances of sticking with it for the long haul begin to get slimmer.  This means that even if you can pull it together to lose some initial weight right off the bat, you just wont be able to ride it out as a long term weight loss solution.</p>

<p>Whenever I work with people who want to lose weight, I like to start out by explaining to them that there is more involved in the weight loss process than simply “going on a diet” for a few weeks.  In order to really lose some significant weight and keep it off for good, you’re also going to need to implement some sort of regular fitness routine.</p>
<p>With that out of the way, lets get down to the weight loss eating plan tip…</p>
<h2>How To Set Up Your Weight Loss Eating Plan For Success</h2>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p>I’ve covered the whole creating a negative calorie balance thing in a previous article, so I’m not going to revisit that explanation or talk about how to determine your weight loss eating plan’s target calorie value.  If you don’t understand how to do this check out this article:   <a title="Weight Loss Eating Plan" href="http://www.weightlosssystemshq.com/meal-plans-for-weight-loss/weight-loss-eating-plan2">Weight Loss Eating Plan Tips</a>, and then come back to this one.</p>
<p>The best way to structure you weight loss eating plan is to simply take your target calorie value and spread it out over 5 – 7 smaller but nutritionally complete meals. Ideally, you’ll want to space your meals out so that you’re eating every 2 – 3 hours through out the day. This will allow you to eat fewer calories, feel fuller and provide your body with the nutrients that it needs in order to support the weight loss process.</p>
<p>In order to make this happen, all you’ve got to do is to take your target calorie value and divide it by the number of meals that you are planning on eating each day. Now you know how many calories you should be targeting for each of your weight loss eating plan’s meals.</p>
<p>The next step is simply sitting down with this new information and actually going through the process of planning out your meals for the upcoming week. In the next weight loss eating plan tip I’ll talk a bit about the different nutrients that you should be including in each of your meals.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Is your weight loss eating plan structured in a way that will allow you to achieve your weight loss goals and then maintain them? While most people understand the important role that nutrition plays in any weight loss program, a lot of people seem to be confused about exactly how to go about planning out an effective weight loss eating program. The important thing to keep in mind here is that regardless of how hard you work in the gym and how diligent you are with your diet strategy, if things aren’t set up properly right firm the start, you may not lose any weight at all.</p>
<p>Today I thought I’d go ahead and list a few things that are critical to the success of any weight loss oriented nutrition plan in order to give you a good idea of how to go about designing your own weight loss nutrition plan. That way you can start to become a bit more self sustaining on your journey towards a new slimmer body.</p>
<p>While there’s technically nothing wrong with buying one of the weight loss eating plans or following along with one of the all encompassing weight loss systems that are available these days, if you never truly begin to understand how the whole process works then you’ll never be able to take charge of your body (or your weight loss) over the long haul.</p>
<h2>1 Very Simple Rules of An Effective Weight Loss Eating Plan</h2>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p>The first thing that you want to keep in mind when it comes to putting together an effective weight loss eating plan is that in order to lose weight, you have to eat fewer calories than your body burns.  This creates what’s commonly referred to as a negative calorie balance. If you can create and maintain a negative calorie balance, then your body will be forced to turn to your ugly fat stores to generate more energy, which in most cases means that you can expect to lose some weight.</p>

<h3><strong>Weight Loss Eating Plan Rule #1.</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p><strong>Design Your Weight Loss Eating Plan To Allow You To Create A Negative Calorie Balance</strong></p>
<p>The first rule of an effective weight loss eating plan is that it must allow you to create a negative energy balance. This typically means that you will have to eat fewer calories than you are currently eating – but the good news is that you won’t have to eat too many fewer calories (so you can relax a bit).</p>
<p>I always like to tell people to track what they eat for a few days (ideally for a week) and then total up the calories that they are eating throughout the week and divide that number by 7 to get a decent average daily calorie total. If you don’t want to use a notebook and a pencil, then you can easily and efficiently track what you are eating either on one of the free online weight loss eating plan logs, or you can simply keep track of everything on an excel spreadsheet.  It doesn’t matter how you go about it just as long as the system works for you.</p>
<p>After you have a good idea of your daily average calorie consumption all you’ve got to do is take that number and subtract 200 – 500 calories.  That’s all there is to it.</p>
<p>If you are wanting to lose weight quickly, then you will have to cut more calories (closer to 500) than you will if you’re happy losing weight a little more slowly (closer to 200) over time, but somewhere in the 200 – 500 calorie range you should be able to find your personal weight loss “sweet spot”.</p>
<p>Please keep in mind that this target calorie adjustment is just a very small piece of the overall weight loss and nutrition puzzle. It’s not the end all be all by any means, but it’s a great place to start if you’re serious about losing weight.</p>
<p>Now take this information and use it to start tracking what you are currently eating and then calculate your ideal weight loss eating plan calorie target.</p>

<p>1.) <strong>Drink more water</strong> &#8211; Not only is water essential for optimal bodily function, but it is an essential component of any weight loss program.  Drinking ample quantities of water can help you feel fuller while restricting calories as well as keep you from becoming dehydrated. Another interesting thing about drinking water, is that the more you drink, the less water your body will retain.  Instead of looking soft and bloated all of the time, your body will begin to tighten up instantly.</p>
<p>2.)  <strong>Track your meals</strong> &#8211; Write down what you eat and when you eat it each day for 1 week.  This will help you understand where you may be making nutrition choices that are not be optimal for you weight loss goals.</p>
<p>After you have logged your meals for 1 week, grab a calorie counter and begin to write down how many calories, grams of carbohydrate, grams of protein and grams of fat you are eating on a daily basis. This is your baseline nutrition outline at a glance.</p>
<p>3.) <strong>Adjust Your Caloric Intake</strong> &#8211; Once you have your baseline calorie and nutrient levels, you know how many calories it takes to maintain your current body weight at your current body composition.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re serious about losing weight, you will need to make a few changes to what you are eating.  Initially, it&#8217;s a good idea to focus on eating fewer calories over the course of a day (but not too few!).  I recommend consuming 250 &#8211; 500 calories less per day.  Over the course of a week, this small decrease should result in a weight loss of .5 to 1 lb!</p>
<p>4.) <strong>Eat 5 &#8211; 6 Smaller Meals Throughout The Day</strong> &#8211; Splitting your calories and nutrients up into 5 &#8211; 6 smaller meals each day allows your body to get the nutrients it needs to perform bodily functions and fuel activity without allowing it to store any excess energy in the form of body fat.</p>
<p>In order to make this work, you&#8217;ll need to eat the right combination of fat burning foods throughout the day.  It is critical to the weight loss process that each of your weight loss meals contain protein, carbohydrate and fat. Focus on eating ever 2 -3 hours throughout the day.</p>

<p>5.) <strong>Stay away from diet pills, fad diets, infomercial junk and for the time being &#8211; bodybuilding supplements and protein powders.</strong> While some supplements and protein powders can be a useful way to &#8220;supplement&#8221; your diet with essential muscle building fat loss nutrients &#8211; what the supplement companies will never tell you is that whole food nutrient sources, like protein, carbohydrate and fat have a higher thermic value than supplemental nutrients. What this means is that your body actually burns more calories digesting and utilizing the nutrients found in whole foods than it does breaking down supplements.</p>
<p>To put it bluntly, you will burn more calorie and lose more weight if you get the bulk of your nutrients from whole food sources.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It’s a fact that some weight loss plans are definitely better than others. With literally thousands of different weight loss programs and systems available these days, it can be hard to figure out which weight loss approach to take. While all of the weight loss systems contain almost the exact same information, there definitely are a few things that set the solid programs apart from the rest.</p>
<p>Today I thought I’d write down a few ideas here as to what I think is the best weight loss plan. I’m going to lay out a simple and easy to follow weight loss program that incorporates a solid weight loss diet strategy with an effective fitness routine. When utilized in combination there is really no more effective way to go about naturally losing weight and keeping it off for good.</p>
<p>Before I jump into the specifics of what I believe to be the best weight loss plan, I just want to take a few moments to impress upon you the importance of implementing these weight loss tips into your life in a way that will allow you to continue on with the plan into the future.</p>

<p>While I do like the 12 week body transformation style weight loss programs because they force you to get after it quickly and consistently, the big problem that I have with them is that they don’t show you a reasonable way to incorporate the fundamentals of the program into your every day life – and that is what will allow you to lose weight and keep it off for good. There is no sense in incorporating any form of weight loss plan unless you have a strategy to implement it into your entire way of life. So make sure and keep that in mind as you look over the outline below.</p>
<h2>The Best Weight Loss Plan</h2>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p>Here’s the outline that I typically use when I’m working with clients who want to lose weight. Sometimes I will vary the specific of the program, but I hardly ever deviate from the overall outline.</p>
<p>1.Make it a habit to fit in 20 – 60 minutes of resistance based exercise (body weight, stability ball or free weight) 3 – 4 times each week. This is critical to the weight loss process, as it will allow you to build some lean muscle mass, which will correspondingly equate to some body fat and weight loss.</p>
<p>2.Make it a habit to fit in (2 – 4) 20 – 45 minute aerobic exercise sessions each week. You really don’t have to go too crazy here, jut make sure to fit in some form of aerobic exercise at a decent intensity level. Walking, jogging , swimming, and cycling all fit the bill here as effective forms of aerobic exercise for weight loss.</p>
<p>As I said before the best weight loss plan will incorporate different forms of exercise with a solid weight loss nutrition strategy, giving your body no choice but to drop a few pounds. Another benefit to this approach to weight loss is that you will typically improve your overall level of health while you lose weight as opposed to fad diets and crazy fitness programs which will typically decrease your overall level of health as you lose weight.</p>
<p>Here are the nutrition related tip for this weight loss plan…</p>
<p>1. Start out by tracking what you eat each day for a week. Calculate the total number of calories that you are eating each day on average and adjust this value down by 250 – 500 calories each day.</p>
<p>2. Make it a habit to break up your total daily calorie intake into 5 – 6 smaller but nutritionally complete meals. This will stimulate your metabolism and force your body to burn more calories at rest, which will lead to some additional weight loss.</p>
<p>3. Increase your whole food based protein content and cut out unnecessary sugars and junk food. Also focus on increasing your vegetable intake – dark green vegetables like broccoli, spinach and kale are best here. Plan on eating whole food protein, vegetables and some form of high quality carbohydrate with each of your 5 – 6 meals.</p>
<p>4. Drink a lot of water.</p>
<p>That’s basically it for my version of the best weight loss plan. Simple, short and sweet but very effective for long-term weight loss. The key to making this weight loss program structure work for you is to make sure and apply each of these tips consistently over time. Really commit to fitting in your workouts and eating your meals – if you do this you will begin to lose weight (or at the very least lose body fat) and start making some serious progress towards uncovering a slimmer body.</p>

Today I’m going to go over a few simple things that you can do in order to create your own weight loss program. Not only will the weight loss program that you deign be completely free, but it will be natural, safe and incredibly effective.</p>
<p>Another quick tip here would be for you to read through all of the older articles on this site as the whole point is to teach you how to design your own free weigh loss system.</p>
<p>The first thing that I like to teach people when they come to me for weight loss advice is that at it’s most basic level, losing weight and keeping it off is really pretty straight forward and simple. In order to lose weight naturally, you’ve got to create a calorie deficit. This means that you need to eat fewer calories each day than your body burns.  If you can do this consistently, then your body will utilize excess body fat for energy and you will lose weight and lower your overall body fat level.</p>
<h3>The Key To Your Free Weight Loss Program</h3>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p>In order to design your own free weight loss program, there are a few simple things that you need to keep in mind. First off the best way to design a weight loss program free or not, is to focus on combining effective forms of exercise with a healthy and well balanced diet…Not to focus in on dieting or exercising alone.</p>
<p>The problem that I commonly see when people try to either diet or exercise without combining the two in the appropriate amount is that in order to see noticeable changes in their body, they typically either have to eat way too few calories or they wind up exercising way too much.  Neither of these outcomes will help you lose weight and keep it of for the long haul, so it’s important right off the bat the realize that you need to combine diet and exercise in order to create your free weight loss program.</p>
<p><strong>Eat Fewer Calories Than You Body Burns With Multiple Balanced Meals</strong></p>
<p>When it comes to your weight loss diet strategy, the best approach is to focus on eating 5 – 6 meals that each contain carbohydrates, protein and dietary fat.  Based on my experiences, if you restrict any of the nutrient classes too much, you will eventually wind up sabotaging your success by binging on whatever nutrient you are deficient in. Also make sure to create each of your meals form a variety of different whole food sources.  While it’s ok to use a whey protein supplement or something along those lines, if you over do it, it will not help you lose any weight.</p>

<p><strong>Fit In A Few Aerobic And Resistance Workouts Each Week</strong></p>
<p>As far as your free weight loss program is concerned, it’s a really good idea to make sure that you don’t overdo it here. Nothing will sabotage your weight loss success quicker than burning out because you decided to overdo the exercise portion of your program. All that you really need to do is fit in 3 – 4 resistance based workouts and 2 – 4 aerobic workouts each week.  That’s really all it takes to start losing weight naturally.</p>
<p>If you implement the free weight loss program tips listed above into your life, you will be able to design an effective approach to weight loss that you can use for the rest of your life. <p>Every Weight Loss Menu Should Contain…</p>
<p>1.) <strong>Whole food lean sources of protein</strong>. Protein has a very high thermic effect (which means that your body burns a lot of calories just to digest it) which makes it the nutrient that your entire weight loss menu should revolve around.</p>
<p>2.) <strong>High quality carbohydrates</strong>. Carbohydrates provide your muscles with the energy that they need in order to perform any type of strenuous movement. I always advocate combining exercise with nutrition as part of a well rounded weight loss approach, so I think that it’s important to eat some carbs.  But you do need to focus in on the low GI carbohydrates (the ones that won’t spike your blood sugar quickly) like oatmeal, wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, yams, granola.</p>
<p>3.) <strong>A fair amount of dietary fat.</strong> Listen, if you restrict your fat intake too low, you will not lose any weight.  It’s as simple as that. But that doesn’t mean that you should go out of your way to eat a ton of it – everything in moderation right?  As with carbohydrates, stick with only high quality dietary fats such as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and stay away from nasty saturated and trans fats.</p>
<p>4.) <strong>Ample fruits and vegetables.</strong> When it comes to many of the weight loss menus that I’ve seen lately, most of them don’t include enough fruits and vegetables.  Try to eat vegetables and fruits that contain a decent amount of fiber, as this will have a big impact on your cholesterol levels and the amount of weight that you are able to lose.</p>
<p>5.) <strong>A lot of water.</strong> In order to lose weight, you’ve got to flush a lot of toxins out of your body and water is the easiest way to go about it. Get into the habit of keeping yourself well hydrated, it’s a healthy thing to do ( I guarantee your body will feel much better hen it is properly hydrated) and it will keep you away form the calorie dense sugary soft drinks, fruit juices and sweetened teas.</p>
<p>When you sit down to think through your weight loss menu, make sure that you are incorporating foods from each of these nutrient classes into every one of your meals. It’s a really easy way to make your weight loss meal plan more effective and filling in the process</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;">Today I&#8217;m going to walk you through a few fast weight loss exercises that you  can use in the comfort of your own home, office or really anywhere.  None of these weight loss exercises require any sort of fancy equipment and they are incredibly effective for forcing your body to burn calories and melt off body fat quickly. If you combine these exercise with a well structured weight loss diet, you will be on your way to an effective weight loss program that will willow you lose weight and keep it off.</p>
<p>When it comes to picking out exercises that are ideal for a weight loss fitness program, there are a few simple rules to keep in mind.  First off, really any form of exercise will allow you to burn calories and lose weight, so don&#8217;t get too off track searching for the best exercise all of the time.  Just commit to making regular exercise a part of your everyday life and you will be moving towards your goal of permanent weight loss.</p>
<p><strong>“Any form of exercise is better for weight loss than no exercise at all!”</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Fast Weight Loss Exercises</p>
<p>Here are a few of my favorite fast weight loss exercises that are body weight based.  None of them require any type of specialized equipment and they can be performed literally anywhere – even at the park!</p>
<p><strong>Body Weight Squats</strong> – In order to perform the body weight squat, start out with your feet spaced out shoulder width apart and your body weight centered on your heels. Place your hands on your hips and look up during this movement.</p>
<p>Move your butt down until your thighs are parallel with the ground.  Then push off of your heels and move your body back up to the starting position.</p>
<p><strong>Body Weight Walking Lunges</strong> – In order to perform this fast weight loss exercise, place your hands on your hips and start with your feet spaced out shoulder width apart.  Step forward with one of your legs and then slowly (and under control), lower your opposite knee down until it comes into contact with the ground.</p>
<p>Then push off of the heel of the foot in front of your body and bring your back leg forward until it is even with the front leg. Repeat the movement with the opposite leg.  Continue on in a walking fashion continually moving forward with each repetition.</p>
<p>I&#8217;d have to say that those are tow of my all time favorite fast weight loss exercises. They both target multiple muscle groups at the same time and force you to move your entire body through space, which is an effective way to burn a lot of calories and melt off body fat.</p>

This is why the best weight loss plans will incorporate some form of resistance based exercise, some form of aerobic exercise and dome form of intelligent calorie restricted diet.</p>

If you&#8217;re one of those people who just has to have one of these weight loss plans in order to stay motivated and get moving in the right direction, then I&#8217;d recommend spending a measly $47.00 on this weight loss plan. It will teach you everything you need to know to lose weight fast without emptying your wallet in the process. It&#8217;s the way to go if you need a paid resource to help get you moving towards your weight loss goals, but compared to many of the weight loss plans on the market these days it&#8217;s incredibly affordable and effective for safe and effective weight loss.</p>
<p>So to recap&#8230;if you want to lose weight and keep it off for good, the best way to go about it is with a consistent fitness and weight loss diet combined.  No diet or exercise plan alone will allow you to achieve your goals as quickly as a synergistic approach to weight loss will.  If you need some help getting started, then it&#8217;s ok to buy one of the best weight loss plans, but please don&#8217;t spend any more than $50 in the beginning.</p>
